Easy Chia Pudding

So I am going to be posting more healthy desserts/breakfast items and decided to share this chia pudding recipe! Chia seed pudding it is very easy to make and is a great source of high quality plant based protein, vitamins and minerals. It is also gluten-free.

Chia seeds were used by the Aztecs and Mayans back in the day. “Chia” means “strength” in ancient Mayan. No wonder these guys were amazing warriors!

    Yields: 2 servings

    • 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
    • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

    Method Of Preparation

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to mason jars. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours or over night.
    2. Taste for seasoning and adjust with more maple syrup to taste if necessary.


    Add fresh fruit of your choice and cinnamon. You can add vanilla extract if you like. If it is too thick you can add more milk. Enjoy your easy chia pudding!
